Job Title: Site Engineer

Overview:

A seasoned construction project manager is required to oversee and direct the execution of on-site projects. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and laborers to ensure seamless project progression, meet quality and safety standards, and adhere to project plans and timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor on-site work to ensure quality and safety standards are met, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers for efficient resource allocation.
  • Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Address unexpected issues and offer practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BTech/BE)
  • 0-4 years of experience in construction management
  • Proficiency in construction management
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
