Strategic Program Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive leader to spearhead the execution of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, etc.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
