Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Acquisition:
    • Lead generation: Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, referrals, and outreach.
    • Client relationship management: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare facilities, understanding their operational challenges and offering customized solutions.
  • Sales Development & Deal Negotiation:
    • Sales strategy development: Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals, pricing quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable, long-term agreements.
  • Performance Monitoring & Strategic Adjustments:
    • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in our CRM system.
    • Reporting & analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform decision-making and refine business development strategies.

Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of business development in the healthcare industry.
