Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing appointments and meetings with healthcare staff, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and demonstrating products to doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.

Responsibilities

  • Organize appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts with healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrate or present products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Undertake relevant research to support product development and sales efforts.
  • Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as pharmacy, biology, or chemistry.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare-related role, preferably in sales or marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines.
