Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Meta & Google Ads Specialist who can independently plan, launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns for our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create compelling ad copies and guide the design team for creatives.
- Track campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CAC) and make data-backed decisions.
- A/B test creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve results.
- Work closely with account managers and clients to meet monthly lead targets.
- Maintain detailed reports and performance dashboards.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads.
- Proven success in running lead generation campaigns (preferably in healthcare).
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, CAPI, GTM & analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different niches.
- Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be result-oriented and self-driven.
