We are seeking a highly skilled SEO professional to manage the search engine optimization strategy and execution for our healthcare websites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze website traffic and develop data-driven SEO strategies to improve search visibility across various search engines.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, focusing on high-intent patient queries in the healthcare sector.
  • Optimize websites for Search Generative Experience (SGE) and artificial intelligence answer engines, ensuring inclusion in AI-sourced responses.
  • Maintain a competitive SEO advantage in the hospital sector through continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Perform technical audits and implement fixes to ensure optimal crawlability, indexation, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
  • E nsure mobile-first optimization and compliance with Google Healthcare content guidelines.
  • Implement advanced schema (Medical Web Page, FAQ Page, How To) to enhance AI search inclusion.
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Technical skills: expertise in working with high-traffic websites (minimum 15 lakhs per month), proven track record in generative AI search optimization, strong technical SEO skills (Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs), understanding of schema markup and structured data for medical content, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MSWord.

This is a full-time position requiring occasional on-site visits to hospital units for gathering inputs for content and website updates. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SEO, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
