Senior Business Development Manager
Job Summary
The Hiring Company is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop sales growth strategies that drive financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange and handle business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide support and guidance to the sales team in meeting their objectives
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in a relevant role, such as business development manager or senior sales executive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport, ace time management, and planning skills
• Proficient with Mic
What We Offer
The Hiring Company offers a competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 to ₹14,00,000 per annum and a two-wheeler is mandatory for this job position.
