We are seeking an Employee Experience Partner to elevate the experience of our assigned talent pool to higher levels throughout the employee lifecycle. As a culture champion of the organization, you will drive our core values and leadership principles to instill them in the DNA of our employees.
The role requires delivering quality output within steep timelines and managing senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for talent management, talent engagement, data analysis, and other key areas of HR.
Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Data Analysis:- You will manage the end-to-end employee life cycle and employee experience of assigned employees from various departments, including product, consulting, and sales.
- You will support new joiners through assimilation programs like buddy programs, meet-and-greets, and probation confirmation.
- You will engage with top talent through pulse connects, surveys, rewards, and recognition.
- You will understand and manage the appraisal process, KPIs, and VGI adherence to ensure pay parity and performance-based increments.
- You will handhold people managers and leaders on career pathing, mentoring, and coaching.
- You will identify early warning signals and proactively work with leaders to curb attrition and retain top talent.
- You will conduct exit connects for outgoing employees and work towards retaining high performers.
- You will adhere to EEP playbooks and TAT, ensuring high PES scores.
- You will manage data analytics on attrition forecasting, KPI analysis, and other fronts, preparing dashboards for report outs.
This role requires a strong network builder within teams and credibility as a true partner. A win-win-win mindset is essential for suggesting changes and policies aligned with this principle.
Skill Set and Qualifications Required:- Masters in HR preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HRBP, EEP, or HR Generalist in a progressive organization
- Experience with data analytics required
- Proficiency in communication skills, assertiveness, speed to execution, proactiveness, and end-to-end ownership
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft and Google suites
Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
