Job Title: Placement Manager

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our career services function, guiding students through their career development journey and managing the end-to-end placement process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campus Recruitment: Translate relationships into quantifiable business outcomes by meeting individual and team targets.
  • Strategic Industry Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build and maintain strong relationships with leading organizations and industry leaders.
  • Forge High-Impact Connections: Create and manage a portfolio of corporate engagement opportunities, including securing distinguished guest speakers and establishing mentorship programs.
  • Career Services & Placements: Lead all aspects of the career services function to ensure successful placements that meet the highest standards of professional excellence.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring seamless relationships.
  • Ecosystem Development: Cultivate a vibrant ecosystem of corporate partners that aligns with the institute's mission and provides a competitive advantage for our students and programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A visionary professional with significant experience in corporate relations, business development, talent acquisition, or career services.
  • Possesses a strong network of senior-level contacts across various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate industry trends into actionable initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
