Senior Placement Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager with extensive experience in placements and corporate relations to lead our Placements team.

  • MBA or equivalent from a reputable business school with a specialization in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science required.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate strategic partnerships with corporate clients to secure placement opportunities for students.
  2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive placement growth.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum.
  4. Negotiate partnership agreements to secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with academic departments to design and deliver effective placement programs.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to ensure optimal results.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
