GROW is our flagship skill development program designed to equip young Indians from low-income households with the necessary employability skills to succeed in today's fast-paced job market.

Our Mission:

We aim to bridge the gap between demand and supply of skilled human resources in India by providing high-quality training and placement opportunities to our trainees.

To achieve this, we have developed a comprehensive 60-day training program focused on core employability skills such as communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude.

The program ensures a significant skill shift among trainees, making them more attractive to potential employers.

Responsibilities:
  • Train aspirants on an integrated module (English Grammar + Spoken English + MS Office + Basic Mathematics + Soft skills + Work readiness)
  • Publish and follow the Training plan/calendar of the center
  • Support in conducting assessments of the aspirants
  • Post-placement counselling of aspirants
  • Networking with guest lecturers/industry to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module
  • Handholding aspirants at the workplace after placement
  • Supporting the center in other works as and when required

As an Employability Skills Trainer, you will play a vital role in helping our trainees develop the skills they need to succeed in their careers.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and delivering training programs, assessing trainee performance, and providing post-placement support to ensure their continued growth and success.
