Job Description

  • A strong industry connection with private sector companies, startups, recruitment firms, and HR Consultants in the NCR Region is essential.
  • Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms is necessary for effective networking.
  • Versatility in job portals and various technology platforms is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in management, human resources, or business administration are desirable.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the placement process, such as on-campus placement drives, off-campus placement drives, placement portals, applicants' tracking systems (ATS), and other HR software.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Placements in the NCR Region.
