Field Sales Consultant

As a key member of our team at VAIDYARATNAM OUSHADHASALA PRIVATE LIMITED, the Field Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities include assessing customer needs, evaluating sales strategies, designing new sales processes and strategies, investigating current market trends and competitors, selling products using various methods to satisfy customer needs, following up on customers, forecasting sales, preparing and submitting field marketing sales reports to management, and working with other departments to maximize sales.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The candidate should also have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and be familiar with industry trends and competitors.
Job Requirements- 2+ years of experience in field sales or a related field
