Job Opportunity: HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. This is a dynamic role that involves managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and ensuring a smooth exit process for departing staff members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling employee relations and engagement, as well as maintaining records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

We are looking for someone who can develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

  • Employee Relations and Engagement:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise, and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.

  • Compliance and Records Management:

We require someone who can maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and develop policies and procedures to support these efforts.

  • Training and Development:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HR software & MS Office
