We are seeking a highly experienced Global Business Strategist Leader to join our team.

About the Role
  • This is a leadership position that requires strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans, identify new product opportunities, lead business transformation initiatives, and monitor geopolitical trends.
  • Business & Financial Management: Own full Profit & Loss responsibility, develop budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Sales, Marketing & Customer Relationship Management: Develop sales and marketing strategies, set performance targets, build customer relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  • Operations, Supply Chain & Procurement: Ensure efficient operations, optimize procurement strategies, and implement lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Product Management & Innovation: Oversee product portfolio management, collaborate with R&D, and evaluate backward/forward integration opportunities.
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify commercial risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive sustainability initiatives.
  • Team Leadership & Organizational Development: Build a high-performance team, foster a culture of accountability, and facilitate training and upskilling.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare performance reports, present strategic updates, and engage with external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 20-25 years of experience as a Chemical Engineer.
  • Proven track record in business leadership, strategy development, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
