We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive our global hydro business forward. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership and a proven track record of driving significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute commercial strategies, leading direct and indirect global sales teams. You will be responsible for attracting and developing top talent and holding teams accountable for results.
  • Sales Performance: Implement a value-based selling approach, maintain disciplined funnel management, and leverage technology such as Salesforce to optimize sales performance.
  • Customer Insight: Develop an intimate knowledge of customers, competitors, and the market to drive growth at 2-3x the market rate.
  • Team Development: Utilize exceptional coaching skills to enhance sales effectiveness. The role requires frequent customer visits to observe and guide teams.
  • Strategic Execution: Contribute to setting and achieving strategic direction with a proven track record of disciplined execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive commercial experience, with at least 8 years in senior sales leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and superior process orientation.
  • Language: Required language is English. A second language, preferably German, is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
