We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment process, develop and implement company policies and set objectives for the HR department.

The role includes responsibility for designing compensation and benefits plans, supporting and improving the entire recruitment process, hosting in-house events and discussing career development paths with managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set clear objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Design and implement policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Develop and manage HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Maintain procedures that comply with labor regulations

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations
