As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to drive regional growth and expansion in our real estate partnerships business.

Livspace is seeking senior leaders to take on key responsibilities including P&L ownership and business growth.

  • Publish financial statements that demonstrate revenue and margin targets are consistently achieved.

- Take charge of publishing financial reports for the region and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and profit margins.

  • Be responsible for sales across all key projects and developer partnerships in the zone. Drive channel sales using aggressive quarterly and annual targets.
  • Hire, lead, mentor and manage high-performing teams of 12+ Business Development and Key Account Managers.

- Drive accountability and culture within your team; implement structured reviews, incentive programs, and performance monitoring systems.

  • Cultivate relationships with top developers across the region through strong relationship management and solutioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
  • Ensure Livspace is positioned as the partner of choice for new launches, ready inventory, and resale units.
  • Build strong working relationships with CXOs, CSMOs, Sales/CRM Heads of real estate firms.

- Develop strategies for regional growth and account planning mapped to unique market needs.

  • Work closely with central functions to customize offerings and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Track key competition, benchmark best practices, and deploy interventions where required.
  • Run regular business reviews with internal leadership to ensure performance hygiene.

- Weekly and monthly business review meetings are conducted internally.
