
Regional Growth Strategist

The Regional Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving excellence by leading regional growth initiatives. This role ensures the successful onboarding of new schools, fosters strong relationships with school leaders, and supports the implementation of strategies to maximize student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand LEAD IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep through strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with our mission.
- Serve as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on an understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- Foster school growth through targeted parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our goals, ensuring a smooth transition to the Key Account team.
- Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.

Ideal Experience Profile:
- 8-10 years in client acquisition with 2-4 years in leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
- Excellent skills in client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Ready to travel across the designated territory or zone.
