
Regional Business Growth Strategist

As a Regional Revenue Owner and Business Growth Strategist, you will spearhead the development of critical business initiatives such as product launches, process enhancements, category expansion, and vendor partnerships.
- Make significant contributions to business decision-making through in-depth analysis and qualitative insights.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer experience and design requirements to drive maximum business results.
- Lead and motivate high-performing city teams consisting of Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, and LPs.
- Establish an ecosystem that fosters successful design experiences for both internal teams and customers.
- Own the quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services.
- Drive and meet key performance indicators such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free/error-free designs, sales/category penetration, C-sat (customer satisfaction), and E-sat (employee satisfaction).
- Act as the voice of the region and customer within Livspace, ensuring continuous feedback to improve operations.
- Contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
- Develop a strong understanding of design requisites and customer experience to maximize business results.
- Develop, lead, motivate, and manage a young and ambitious city team, including Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, and LPs.
- Establish an ecosystem for successful Design experience for both internal teams and customers.
- Own the quality of Design Closure of Livspace catalogue products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages, Furniture & Decor) and essential home improvement services.
- Drive and meet KPIs such as successful and timely design sign-offs, snag-free/error-free designs, sales/category penetration, C-sat (happy customer experience), and E-sat (happy team members).
- Act as the voice of the city and customer inside Livspace, ensuring constant feedback to improve continuously.
As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving processes, and enhancing customer experiences. Your expertise in design, business development, and team management will play a crucial role in achieving our goals.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of success in business development, team management, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
