
South Asia Regional Growth Leader

This is a key leadership role for an experienced professional to drive business growth in the South Asia region. We are seeking a seasoned executive with a strong track record of success in developing and executing strategies that achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development - Develop go-to-market strategy with action plans based on industry trends, competitor analysis, market needs, and resource requirements.
- Opportunity Identification - Identify and capitalize on regional opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation.
- Team Leadership - Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, collaborative work culture.
- Succession Planning - Ensure succession planning, capability building, and leadership development across the region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or relevant fields, with at least 5 years of experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing.
- Strong background in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
- Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural, remote environment, with strong proactiveness to collaborate across functions internally and externally.
- Solid people leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive opportunities and address challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; proficient in Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM.
- Will require up to 50% travelling.
