Job Overview

As a Voice Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls and respond to their queries in a polite and courteous manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
  • Meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Any Graduate or Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of the BPO industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work night shifts or rotational shifts
