About This Team

The Product Integrity, Sustainability & Compliance team enables Lululemon's supply chain from raw materials to finished goods production through innovative solutions. Our purpose is to empower the organization to drive innovation and deliver on its strategic vision of cultivating a responsible supply chain through sustainable practices while ensuring superior product quality and compliance.

Core Responsibilities

As a Senior Engineer I, you will bring a high level of technical knowledge and strong mentoring abilities. You will be counted on as a leader in your technology space, contributing to all areas of development and operations. You will work closely with a Technology Manager, using your experience and knowledge to guide a team of engineers through their day-to-day process and provide a central escalation point for production concerns.

  1. You will be a main contributor in Agile ceremonies.
  2. Provide mentorship and facilitate engineering training for a team of engineers.
  3. Perform and delegate engineering assignments to ensure production readiness is maintained.
  4. Work closely with global teams to ensure effective technical solutions are delivered.
  5. Conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimization efforts.
  6. Conduct research to guide product development and tools selection.
  7. Provide an escalation point and participate in on-call support rotations.
  8. Actively monitor key metrics and report on trends.
  9. Participate in our Engineering Community of Practice.
  10. Contribute to engineering automation, management or development of production level systems.
  11. Contribute to project engineering design and standards verification.
  12. Perform reliability monitoring and support as needed to ensure products meet guest expectations.
