Web Development Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Web Development Lead to join our engineering team at our Meerut, India location. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in building high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Create robust web applications using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Frontend Architecture: Design scalable and maintainable frontend systems with a focus on performance and best practices.
  • Product Requirements: Translate product requirements and UX designs into production-ready features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ensure alignment between design, backend, and frontend development.
  • Code Reviews and Mentoring: Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold high engineering standards.
  • SEO-Friendly Features: Implement and maintain SEO-friendly features, including page speed optimization and structured metadata.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues efficiently while maintaining a high bar for quality.
Qualifications:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Development Experience: 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
  • SEO Knowledge: Working knowledge of SEO principles (e.g., page speed, meta tags, structured data).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proven problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Version Control Tools: Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile software development practices.
