You will play a vital role in our mission as a Global Contract Life and Wellness Coach, working closely with our members in a safe and non-judgmental space. You will facilitate exploration, self-discovery, and growth through tele-coaching sessions, helping our clients develop essential skills and insights to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured life and wellness coaching sessions via video or phone, tailored to each client's needs.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and taking action to overcome common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health, and personal development.
  • Maintain accurate records of your session notes and calendar availability.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team for assistance whenever needed.
  • Provide culturally sensitive and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity, equity, and inclusion for all individuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess active credentials from a globally recognized coaching body, such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
    • Accumulate at least 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
      • Be adaptable across various life, professional, and health-related challenges.
        • Familiarity with evidence-based modalities like NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry is highly valued.
          • Comfortable using technology and proficient in telehealth practices.
            • Commitment to quality care, desire for continuous growth, and willingness to stay informed about client progress or challenges are essential.
              • Able to work independently while appreciating the value of team support, connections, and collaboration opportunities.
