Job Title: Cloud Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting cloud deployments, systems, and services to ensure high levels of availability, redundancy, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a trusted security advisor in your assigned vertical, participating in high-value customer engagement.
  2. Build, deploy, and manage Virtual Machines, PaaS services such as Analytics, and automation in the Azure Cloud environment.
  3. Lead and act as an SME for Azure platforms (IaaS, Intune/Autopilot, etc.) within the IT operations team.
  4. Create deployment guides, Standard operating procedures, and perform Knowledge transfers to other members in the team.

You will work closely with automation tools and processes such as Azure Dev/Ops, continuous integration, and automation of infrastructure components. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our cross-functional development/analytics teams to deploy and operate our systems and help automate and streamline our IT operations processes.
