Junior HR Executive Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Junior HR Executive to support and manage various HR functions. This role will involve supporting recruitment, employee engagement, office events, and public relations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
    • Manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires
  • HR Operations & Generalist Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS databases
    • Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR communications
    • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
    • Assist with compliance-related documentation
  • Employee Engagement & Events:
    • Plan and execute internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations
    • Create a positive employee-friendly office culture
    • Collect feedback and assist initiatives to boost employee morale
  • Internal Communication & PR:
    • Help manage internal communication channels
    • Support social media content creation and posting for HR branding
    • Liaise with external agencies/vendors for event coordination
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and basic HR tools
  • Positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized
