HR Manager Job Description

This is a pivotal role in our organization where you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and driving human resources and administrative functions. As the HR Manager, your responsibilities will span from policy development and benefits administration to employee development and performance management.

About The Role:

You will lead recruitment efforts, champion employee relations, and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective recruitment and onboarding strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting orientation programs for new employees, and overseeing employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive working environment.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes.
  • Identify training and development needs for employees.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, 3-6 years of experience in HR management, strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Work Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (With Alternate Saturdays & Fixed Sundays Off)

Academic Qualifications – MBA HR
