Job Title: Team Lead Inside Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead Inside Sales to join our team at White Force Outsourcing Pvt Ltd. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of TeleSales Executives and overseeing the daily operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of TeleSales Executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the team, including sales calls, customer interactions, and data entry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
