Job Title: Senior Sales Assistant


Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our team at AONE HR SERVICES. As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and providing strong managerial support to the store team.


Key Responsibilities:


• Proven ability to coach, lead and develop a team to achieve KPI targets
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Committed to leading by example and providing strong managerial support to the store team
• Previous experience within a volume retail business in a Management role
• Previous experience in fashion retail desirable
• Able to identify, manage and cultivate talent within the business
• Experience in recruiting talent
• Strong financial and retail business acumen
• Experience in effective rostering and wage control
• Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising principles
• Effective stock management skills
• Effective planning and organizational skills
