HireBloc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Manager to lead and manage our sales team in achieving targets and driving revenue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Ensure effective coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for team members
- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to make informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development role
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business conferences
- Understanding of customer relationship management and sales techniques
