Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist to oversee end-to-end HR service delivery processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of expertise in HR operations, process optimization, and employee services.

The role involves overseeing HR service delivery processes, including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding, while ensuring compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversaw the development and implementation of HR service delivery processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Ensured compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies by conducting regular audits and providing training to employees.
  • Led continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR service platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD) and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Analyzed service metrics and prepared reports on SLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborated with HR business partners, COEs, and leadership to align HR service delivery with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provided training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes, systems, and compliance to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Handled escalations and complex HR service cases with professionalism and resolution focus, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Supported global/regional HR service delivery models, shared service centers, or COE frameworks to drive consistency and efficiency across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations, process optimization, and employee services.
  • Expertise in HR service delivery processes, including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies.
  • Ability to analyze service metrics and prepare reports on SLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR service platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD) and other business systems.
