We are seeking an experienced business growth expert to contribute significantly to the agency's expansion by acquiring new clients, building strong brand relationships, and shaping campaign strategies with creators that resonate.
About the Role
This position involves identifying and securing new business opportunities for the agency. The individual will act as a bridge between our creator network and brands, ensuring both parties derive maximum value. The primary responsibility is crafting strategic influencer solutions that meet unique brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and pitch influencer marketing services to potential clients across industries.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies.
- Analyze brand goals and target audience to suggest suitable creators from our network for impactful campaigns.
- Execute structured outbound strategies, including emails, calls, and outreach, to engage new leads and convert them into clients.
Key Requirements:
- To be successful in this role, you must have 1-3 years of experience in business development within the influencer marketing industry.
- You must understand the space and have hands-on experience working with influencers and brands.
- A proven track record of closing business for influencer marketing agencies is essential.
- You should showcase your wins, including clients you've closed, campaigns initiated, and revenue contributed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
- You should be strategic, relationship-oriented, and results-focused.
