Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert in SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of EC solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading and managing complex projects, conducting requirement-gathering sessions, and configuring EC modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation projects or support.
  • Conduct thorough requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders to ensure accurate project scope and timelines.
  • Configure EC including Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Associations, and Events to meet client needs.
  • Integrate EC with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time, LMS) and third-party systems for seamless data exchange.
  • Analyze and resolve issues during data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Deliver comprehensive training and documentation to end-users and client stakeholders on EC system functionality and best practices.
  • Support post-go-live activities including issue resolution and change requests to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors EC.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of EC modules such as Position Management, Job Info, Personal Info, and Global Benefits is essential.
  • Familiarity with Integration Center, OData API, and Middleware tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi) is required.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures is necessary for effective configuration and integration.
