SAP HCM Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP Payroll, managing end-to-end payroll processes, integrating payroll with other systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP Payroll including schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes including payroll run, simulation, posting to finance, and year-end activities.
  • Integrate payroll with SAP FI, SAP Time Management, and third-party tools.
  • Handle off-cycle payroll, retroactive accounting, and payroll data uploads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Payroll schemas, rules, infotypes, and RT/TCRT tables.
  • Hands-on experience in integration with SAP FI, Time Management, and external payroll systems.
