Global Payroll Transformation Specialist

About this Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Transformation Specialist to lead payroll projects across Europe. This individual will manage complex global integrations between payroll platforms and broader HR systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across regions.

This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing HR transformation programs, preferably in a global or regional capacity.

  4. Oversee external vendors implementing payroll solutions.
  5. Deliver strategic HR transformation initiatives.
  6. Align regional execution with global program goals.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate Degree
  • Experience in managing HR transformation programs, ideally in a global or regional capacity.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital payroll or HRIS projects with system integrations.
  • Good understanding of European payroll regulations and operational practices.
  • Technical proficiency in payroll and HR platforms (e.g., SAP, ADP, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities.
