SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll specialist to join our payroll team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality payroll solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Implementation: Design and implement comprehensive payroll solutions for clients using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other related modules.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Assist clients in streamlining their talent acquisition processes and succession planning strategies.
  • System Configuration and Integration: Configure and integrate SAP SuccessFactors systems with other HR software applications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute testing plans to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Client Communication and Support: Provide exceptional client support and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in SF – Employee Central Payroll implementation.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee central, and succession planning processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in system configuration, data migration, and integration techniques.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
