About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our team's growth in the primary market products sector.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding top talent as Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs) to effectively utilize our digital platform and mobile app.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To train new IFDs on utilizing the digital platform and mobile app to provide knowledge on primary market products.
  • To drive IFDs to achieve sales of financial products on an ongoing basis.
  • To develop business opportunities through events and strategize with IFDs to expand their customer base.
  • To have a good understanding of client needs in primary market products.
  • To acquire new IFDs and advise them on primary market products.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales of investment products through IFDs, IFAs, and Franchisee channels. The ideal candidate should possess domain knowledge of market pulse, trade knowledge, and an understanding of the indirect channel. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications is required.
