Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling Non-Resident Indian (NRI) High Net Worth (HNI) clients for Equity Broking and other investment products.

Your primary focus will be on achieving business targets by generating revenue through Equity Broking and other investment products, acquiring new clients via demat sourcing, enhancing and upgrading client relationships, and profiling clients to suggest financial products that meet their needs based on their risk appetite.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients daily for investments in equity and other wealth products like mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), systematic investment plans (SIPs), alternative investment funds (AIF), etc.

In addition, you will help customers execute trades online, place orders on their behalf, achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients' profitability, acquire new clients through existing clients' referrals, activate inactive clients through regular follow-ups, regularly follow up with clients and handle their queries, and stay up-to-date with micro and macroeconomic indicators, global and domestic financial markets, and their impact on stock movements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Domain knowledge of products like Equity/Stock Broking, PMS, Mutual Funds, AIF, Bonds
  • Experience in handling B2C sales of investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Equity Stock Broking
  • NISM Series VIII (Equity derivatives) certification
