Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Investment Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and empanelling qualified individuals to act as Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Empanelling CAs, Ex-Bankers, Ex-Wealth Advisors, Insurance agents and Finance professionals as IFDs.
  • Training new IFDs on the use of digital platforms and mobile apps to provide knowledge on primary market products.
  • Driving IFDs to achieve sales of financial products on an ongoing basis.
  • Acquiring new IFDs and advising them on primary market products.
  • Organising events to develop the business of IFDs.

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales of investment products through the IFD/IFA/Franchisee channel.
  • Strong understanding of the indirect channel and market pulse.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications.
