Investment Product Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Investment Product Leader to lead and inspire a team of wealth managers. This individual will be responsible for driving the growth of our mass affluent and HNI clients by recommending a diverse suite of products including Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Private Equity (PE), Structured Products (SP), Unlisted Shares, Bonds, Direct Equity, and Equity Advisory Products.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wealth management, a proven track record in leading sales teams, and expertise across a broad range of investment products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive a team of Wealth Managers to effectively cater to the investment needs of mass affluent clients.
  • Meet required Assets Under Management (AUM) and investor acquisition targets for your assigned area.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of customized wealth advice to HNI customers, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of clients' portfolios to ensure alignment with their investment objectives and risk profiles.
  • Conduct periodic trainings on products and processes for your team.
  • Engage in joint calls with Relationship Managers/Team to support sales efforts and foster client relationships.

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales/wealth management, with significant experience in handling HNI clients.
