Job Description:

  • Provide advisory services to high net worth individuals, focusing on equity, currency, and commodity markets. Manage a portfolio of large customers with significant investment capacity.
  • Develop strong relationships with business associates, including partners, franchisees, and independent financial advisors, to increase business scalability and quality service delivery.
  • Help business associates grow their existing customer base and revenue through effective service and strategic planning.
  • Manage existing books of business, applying deep market understanding and advanced strategies to increase book size and revenue.
  • Meet regularly with large customers and business associates to discuss market opportunities and provide expert advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth reviews of customers' financial requirements, analyze investors' investment styles and risk appetites, and recommend suitable portfolios or actionable advice.
  • Create large option books and maximize revenue generation through quality advisory services.
  • Upsell products and services to diversify investment portfolios, recommending suitable products such as mutual funds, PMS, IAP, and insurance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and managing PCG-B2B/Partner Alliance/Franchisee vertical of stock broking firms.
  • Existing relationship managers with leadership experience.
  • Experts in institutional equity research, particularly in sectors like BFSI, Auto, FMCG, and consumer durables.
