Investment Promotion Manager

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the role of Investment Promotion Manager. This position requires a strong background in government sector and experience in investment promotion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to attract domestic and foreign investments, facilitating investor engagement and business outreach, and supporting government agencies in creating investor-friendly policies and frameworks.

This role involves drafting policies, guidelines, and frameworks related to investment, industry, and economic growth, conducting benchmarking studies of global best practices, and providing analytical inputs for regulatory reforms and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent research, data analysis, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare policy briefs, white papers, and strategic roadmaps for government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategies: Develop strategies to attract domestic and foreign investments across priority sectors.
  • Facilitate Investor Engagement: Facilitate investor engagement, business outreach, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Support Government Agencies: Support state/central government agencies in creating investor-friendly policies and frameworks.
  • Draft Policies: Draft policies, guidelines, and frameworks related to investment, industry, and economic growth.
  • Conduct Benchmarking Studies: Conduct benchmarking studies of global best practices in investment promotion and ease of doing business.
  • Provide Analytical Inputs: Provide analytical inputs for regulatory reforms, sectoral policies, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-13 years of experience in investment promotion, economic development, or a related field.
  • Skill Set: Excellent research, data analysis, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare policy briefs, white papers, and strategic roadmaps for government stakeholders.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with proficiency in Hindi desirable.
