Sales and Business Growth:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
About the Role:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation, client relationship management, sales and revenue growth, market analysis, reporting and documentation, collaboration with the sales team, and student counseling.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and lead generation: Identify potential clients and target markets through online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Sales and revenue growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals.
- Student counseling: Engage with prospective students to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences.
- Enrollment assistance: Assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the company's products/services and industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Location: Delhi/Noida
Estimated Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month
