Job Description:

As a seasoned finance professional, you will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial tasks. Your role will involve coordinating with banks to arrange capital expenditures and working capital finance.

  • Manage financial transactions, maintaining compliance with Direct Tax Law, TDS, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with consultants for tax assessment and appellate matters.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other consultants.
  • Ensure accurate configuration of accounting software and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate ROC compliance, filing annual returns of companies and LLP, with auditors in a timely manner.
  • Oversee vendor payments and maintain banking relationships.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities, including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departments.
  • Maintain GST compliance by filing monthly GST returns and ensure TDS compliance by booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets.
