Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Monitoring: Regularly monitor CPU, Memory, Hard disk size, Log size, and other vital server parameters to ensure optimal performance.
  • Performance Issue Reporting: Report any performance issues on the servers to the appropriate teams if they exceed thresholds.
  • Scheduled Task Management: Monitor scheduled tasks on the system and verify that they have been successfully completed.
  • Task Rerun: If there are failures in the tasks, rerun them to ensure completion.
  • Technical Error Resolution: Resolve any technical errors reported by customers or internal teams.
  • Issue Reproduction: Reproduce issues in the testing environment and provide inputs to the L2 team member.
  • Validation: Validate issue fixes in the internal testing environment based on customer inputs given (issue raised).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer-Facing Experience: More than 3+ years of customer-facing experience is required.
  • Infrastructure/Application Support: At least 3 years of experience in managing application or infrastructure support at the L1 level is necessary.
  • IAM System Support: SailPoint or IAM system support experience is a significant plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Background: Technical background in Java, Scripting would be an added advantage.
