Multilingual Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and multilingual technical support specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email.
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail is required. Experience with mobile technologies and ticketing tools is a plus.
- Provide multilingual customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot mobile device and connectivity issues
- Log and manage service tickets accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve service-related issues
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
- Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams for complex queries
The successful candidate will have 2–6 years of experience in international voice process/technical support, excellent communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish & English, and a passion for tech support.
