Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internet advertising, including proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive search advertising strategies aligned with clients' objectives and overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Partner collaboratively with other functional areas within the company to support the sales process, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems effectively.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel, Advance Excel, SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Make decisions based on clear priorities, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and organize tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years Search Engine Marketing (Google, Bing Ads)
  • Strong knowledge of Internet advertising: CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, etc.
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive search advertising strategies aligned with clients' objectives and overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords, continuously refine strategies based on industry trends.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate campaign performance, provide insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Problem Solving: Partner collaboratively with other functional areas within the company to support the sales process, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Excel, Advance Excel, SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Critical Thinking and Decision Making: Make decisions based on clear priorities, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and organize tasks efficiently.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes, demonstrate flexibility, and maintain a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • Self-Motivation: Exhibit a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to contribute ideas towards the achievement of team and company goals.

  • 5+ years search or digital media experience

About the Role

This role will be responsible for managing an assigned set of clients focused on attaining revenue targets, feature adoption, and client-driven goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine marketing, including proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads.

The role will involve developing comprehensive search advertising strategies aligned with clients' objectives and overall digital marketing efforts. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
