Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Executive Role Summary:The Senior Sourcing Manager will play a key role in strengthening the company's presence in the real estate market by developing strong networks with channel partners and developers. This role focuses on onboarding projects on mandate, building lasting partnerships, and ensuring that the company continues to grow its portfolio through strategic sourcing and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, positioning them as effective connectors for the company.
  • Drive project onboarding by securing new mandates for the business.
  • Meet and engage with developers, delivering presentations that highlight the company's strengths, services, and track record.
  • Identify and source new developers to expand the business pipeline.
  • Convert channel partners into long-term connectors to ensure a steady flow of new project mandates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of projects and alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor sourcing activities and provide regular updates to management on progress, pipeline, and results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the real estate market.
