
Strategic Customer Growth Manager

This is a 6-month contract position with a leading technology company. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to manage customer interactions, encourage subscription purchases, and resolve outstanding overages.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact customers to resolve issues or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration.
- Process orders promptly after the customer reaches out and sends purchase confirmation.
- Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, analytical skills to track performance metrics, and strong communication and negotiation skills. They will also be proficient in CRM systems and have experience in customer service.
